I can remember how I felt when I was suicidal and others would say that things would improve in a year or two. I was barely hanging on minute to minute; I couldn’t imagine being in that much pain for another month, let alone a year, while waiting for things to get better. As a result, I really couldn’t hear their messages of support. I hope that anybody who is in the state that I was in will hear the message of this video and maybe hold on those next 5 minutes and the next 5 minutes after that, and really believe that if they can do that, it will get better.
