It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
We’re not talking about Pride month. We’re talking about the time in which we look back on all of the incredible work we’ve been able to do on behalf of LGBTQ+ youth because of the support of our brand donors. Simply put — the It Gets Better Project would not exist without the generous contributions of the brands and organizations on this list. So please join us in thanking everyone who helped make 2022 better for queer kids.
American Eagle / Aerie
A long-time supporter of the It Gets Better Project, American Eagle and its customers have generated more than $3 million dollars in support of creating a better world for LGBTQ+ young people. For the sixth year of partnership with us, American Eagle and its sister brand Aerie supported the It Gets Better Project through its Pride Collection featuring designs by queer artist mxmtoon, and through customer donations, which will help expand our 50 States, 50 Grants, 5000 Voices initiative.

Taco Bell Foundation
One of the It Gets Better Project’s newest partners, the Taco Bell Foundation played an integral role in pushing Pride 365 to the forefront in 2022. With their support the It Gets Better Project will develop an original content series in 2023 that pairs queer teens with a queer professional to learn to do an activity within the realm of the professional’s expertise.
Bungie
In 2022, Bungie strengthened their commitment to create a diverse and welcome environment with a new Pride Pin 2.0. The pin and the Bungie community continue to champion LGBTQ+ youth with proceeds from the sales of the Pride Pin 2.0 supporting the It Gets Better Project.

Bath and Body Works
Bath & Body Works strives to make people smile through their signature scents. This year, they showed that, “Love Belongs to Everyone,” with a new scent supporting our work through a Pride Month capsule.

Converse
Now in our sixth year of partnership, Converse is one of the It Gets Better Project’s newest Legacy Partners. Converse’s unique approach to storytelling and community engagement has been pivotal in the creation of an award-winning web series “Out in Front: Queer Youth Changing the World.”, helping us support our Global Affiliate Network through our global summits and have helped us grow our presence on TikTok and Twitch.

Ardene
The It Gets Better Project partnered with Ardene for a special tote bag campaign in 2022 featuring artwork from queer artists. Ardene encouraged folks to stand out this Pride season and donated proceeds from the tote bag and register donations back to the It Gets Better Project.

And a very special thank you to our other $25K and up sponsors for 2022!
