In a futuristic city saturated with neon light and advanced technology, the rebellious hacker Annabelle and her bearded dragon sidekick work to subvert the mastermind Roger Horn and his controlling grip over her home. Along the way, she must learn the value of teamwork and finding help in her community to find Horn’s secret lair, overcome his defenses, and defeat him once and for all.

In the end, Ryan must decide if telling the truth is worth the risk
